We offer a 30 day money back guarantee against defective units. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Additional charges will be assessed for damaged returns. Merchandise that comes back with handwriting on it (or it's box) is considered "damaged". The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned units. Also, initial shipping charged by cablewholesalers.com ($20) is non-refundable.

2 Years Manufacture warranty. The manufacturers or Cablewholesalers will not cover the installation of any 3rd party software onto your unit. That means that if you visit any other website, other than the manufacturer's for your unit which is www.sonicviewusa.com, and download software from this other website, then your warranty will be voided. If for any reason your product doesn't work for its intended use which is for FTA channel reception with a 30" satellite dish with a single linear LNB within 30 days of purchase you may return the item directly to Cablewholesalers for a refund minus a 30% Restocking Fee. You must also pay for S/H back to our warehouse.
